2012 - 2020
STRATEGIC GROWTH
Led on crafting communications component of successive organizational strategic plans, resulting in: successive 4x increases in communications budget; investment in new content and digital staff positions; investment in major branding initiatives; investment in complete web overhaul; 20x increase in web traffic; 10x increase in Facebook follows; 2x increase in Twitter follows; and the integration of new direct marketing initiatives with communications, backed by $1M+ investment.
2012 - 2020
DIGITAL MARKETING
Led all digital marketing initiatives. These included an innovative e-commerce campaign in collaboration with media agency PHD Omnicom and creative agency Creature that encompassed a nearly $2M in-kind investment of online ad inventory; the creation of a new e-commerce store and CMS; an award-winning suite of video and display creative; in-house produced video creative; and a celebrity ambassador. Provided proof of concept that digital expansion could be led in-house -- including its ultimate integration with communications.

BRANDING
As brand management lead, oversaw the evolution of of visual and verbal brand identity through two cycles, in partnership with major agencies.
2010 - 2020
GLOBAL FIELD-BASED COMMUNICATIONS
For Concern globally, initiated the position of in-house field communications specialist. Traveled to 12 countries producing video, photography, and case studies at low cost. Organized and led a global training workshop for field communications staff. Provided proof of concept that high-level production capability should and could be provided in-house, resulting in a present-day robust cross-organizationsl team.

Lead writer and editor of OpEd content and media placements to amplify Concern's impact in the areas of food security, nutrition, innovative solutions, and climate. Examples available on request.

Crafted successful nominations & applications, including repeated shortlisting for prominent $1M & $2M humanitarian prizes.

CELEBRITY AMBASSADOR RELATIONSHIP
Cultivated and led the relationship with award-winning actress Toni Collette, including the hosting of a field visit, media placements, event attendance, and the concepting, writing, and producing of promotional video and PSAs.
